Gästrecension: Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my partner for a week. I am so happy we found this place. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The reception was very helpful with lovely and professional staff.The lobby is beautiful with a lots of great drinks. The room was lovely, super clean with stunning views and with the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on! The bathroom with a shower and bathtub was very clean. Our breakfast was fantastic with an abundance of delicious foods and drinks. Dinner had a fantastic menu and scrumptious food served quickly. The live music was delightful with plenty of great songs. The spa was incredibly relaxing with a positive atmosphere and good vibes all around. And let's not forget, all the pools were clean and pleasantly warm. I was so happy with our stay that I was actually sad to leave! Overall, I had the best stay ever in Velingrad and definitely will be back there and will recommend this piece of heaven to everyone’s.

Gästrecension: The girl who greeted me was lovely and with tradition gave me a welcome coffee. The room was huge. The TV was fantastic with all the English news channels. Fridge handy and I had everything I needed

Gästrecension: We took the ride to a family member. This review is purely subjective and based on anecdotes. The place is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly, there were situations when the help of staff with knowledge of the Bulgarian/Russian language was needed and all issues were resolved. There are no critical points, a clean pool, delicious food, a spa, excellent massage, and the opportunity to purchase the cosmetics you like. After the stories, my wife and I decided that on one of our vacations we would go there to evaluate the quality of the service ourselves. Thank you very much that everything went great and our family member was very impressed

Gästrecension: We liked the location, the view and the villa itself. The interior was nice and the garden was excellent. The food at the restaurant was at reasonable prices and tasty.
