Gästrecension: Been there for several times. And the location was convenient. Easy to find some delicious food. All staff are friendly from pick up us from airport until we lived in the hotel. Also, the hotel arranged the friendly staff to help us. It is high recommended to be here.

Gästrecension: Everything about this hotel. Best hospitality provided by the staff - Snowy and another girl(sorry I forgot your name). They booked for us and arranged the best tours for the JDSM and Shagri-la at very last minute. The staff members speak good English and that really helps us a lot. The accommodation provides self-service free laundry as well. The room is clean, spacious and heating system works well. Location is very strategic in the ancient town. Please contact the staff upon your arrival so that she can arrange the porter for your luggages. Thank you so much for your kind assistance and this will be our stay in Lijiang whenever we are here again.

Gästrecension: One of the most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much. From acting as a guide around town to very comfortable free transfers from and to the airport. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The traditionally styled hotel is well positioned at the top of the old town not too far from a road, so no dragging of luggage through the old streets.

Gästrecension: Breakfast and dinner buffet fantastic. Especially if you have been in the mountains for some days for hiking. Then it's amazing with all the good food:-) The service and staff did an amazing job. We had a Wonderfull stay.
