Bawa's vision of inside-outside spaces and meticulous curation of Burgher antiques and objets from his travels still impresses visitors with its timeless charm. Gästrecension: From start to end you’re being taken care of the team, who want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The Portuguese architect and builders excelled in design and quality, spacious rooms give the feeling of luxury. Dinners are an additional enrichment to your stay, with great tastes - for us it was a 10 of 10 in all categories.

Gästrecension: This hotel is heavenly. It is right on the most perfect beach and surrounded by trees and the occasional wild life. The rooms are large, luxurious and have large private gardens. The staff are well trained with the aim of providing a perfect holiday experience. This was the last of six hotels that we stayed at across Sri Lanka and was by far the best. The chef produced exceptional dishes and reasonably priced. We felt very cared for at Sundara. Thank you.
