Avaliação dos hóspedes: The room, beds, and ensuite bath were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to trams. It has a lift, and we received the thoughtful gifts of fruit and bottled water upon arrival. When I accidentally left something behind that I wanted to get back, a staff member worked with me and mailed it back to me in my country. A value-oriented but excellent hotel with helpful staff!

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right across the street from the train station so it is easy to go anywhere you want. I arrived from the USA into Zurich and was able to take the train to Bern without any problems. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Schweitzerhof Bern Hotel and Spa. I also got a deep tissue massage in the spa that was excellent!

Avaliação dos hóspedes: My room was lovely. bed was comfy and shower room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with alot of choice and didnt feel hurried to finish and leave. Staff were lovely and friendly and even let me borrow a charger for my phone as had the wrong one with me. The hot drinks machine outside the rooms was great. a good selection of teas and coffee. I would recommend this hotel and will go back when next in the area!

Avaliação dos hóspedes: Loved the collection of open park space, view of the lake, variety of pool / sauna options and the gym was top level. Also appreciated their communal water/beverage component on each hall with a commitment to less use of plastics.
