Avaliação dos hóspedes: Our second time there. Everything was exceptionally good. However the bed was uncomfortable. I don’t have a reason for it because last year we went and the bed was super cozy…we stayed in the same room so I have no expectation for it. However the staff is awesome. The manager found me private Spanish lessons which I really wanted. When I tried to find my own I was not lucky. Coba and chicken itza was awesome. Buy trips from the lobby (Alonzo or Alfonzo) is the man. I can’t remember his name but he was good. The breakfast is great in the restaurant connected to the hotel. Very central to everything going on…restaurants n the area are amazing. Especially La Familia the Italian joint out the front door and 1 1/2 blocks down on the right. The picture is off our deck

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The apartment was very spacious.. pleasantly stocked kitchen. Huge bathroom and bedroom eith large tv. The king bed was comfortable also. There is a nice size safe in the apt and a armoire for clothes which is a plus. Also a decent balcony if you want to sit outside The security is great and they were super nice... they also let us store our luggage for a few hours.. The rooftop is the absolute best! Amazing pool and hammocks in the pool and lounges and barstools in the pool. Outside loungers and tables were available along with cabanas!!! There was also a jacuzzi off to the side that offered quiet and privacy There were also Grills and sinks and restrooms available.. there also is a bar/gam room with pool table. The space was really nice and clean! The location is perfect! 15-20 min walk to the beach. 2 mins to Farmers market. 3-5 mins to Mega or Super Aki, 5min to mall, 12 min walk to super walmart with Chedraui just another .25 mile. 10 mins to infamous 5th st. Laundry on every corner. Easy to catch cab or hop on collective or city bus.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The service was impeccable and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I loved how welcoming the staff were and we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. They even arranged a birthday surprise for my daughter’s 16th birthday which she loved!!! The views, pools and beach are amazing!
