Avaliação dos hóspedes: The manager and the front desk clerk (Sara) both greeted me on arrival. Although traveling alone, the manager upgraded my room (gratis) to an airy, very roomy and very quiet studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette. Sara was very helpful with directions and anything I could have needed. The location of the hotel is great - directly across from the lake and 2-3 min walk to the port for cruises to Isole Borromee - which was well worth it. The hotel is located very near a variety of shops, restaurants and bars - all within very easy, level walking distance. I was happily surprised with the hotel and staff and Stresa and sorry I couldn't have stayed longer.

The attention to detail is at the highest level I've seen on my life. As an example, they provide latest generation Dyson hair blowers in each room, you can imagine my partner was delighted and excited to feel at home in each step of the way
