Avaliação dos hóspedes: Everything was lovely - the staff the room, the onsens, the breakfasts. Location was great, halfway between the Youbatake and the bus terminal (150m to either). Kusatsu is a magical place, and Hanaingen was a special way to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan. Thanks especially to all the kind and helpful staff.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: Amazing stay. We enjoy our stay very much. Great hospitality, polite and helpful staffs, amazing view from our room and outside, good location. The has shuttle bus for guests who are going to Yubatake or the central. We had a huge room. Japanese combine with western. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: It was a great stay. Loved the room with the bath tub. Free yukata use and great amenities. The location is a pleasant 10-minute walk to the Yubatake on quiet small roads, which was interesting, especially on the night we stayed when it snowed. (Magical!) Big sized room, comfy beds, friendly staff. All good.
