Avaliação dos hóspedes: We met the owner Don who was very nice and engaging. Nelsa the manager was very friendly and helpful. The front desk Jose and Joel were informative, professional and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and readily available. The pool and spa were separated which was a nice difference with the spa on rooftop and pool on lower level. They have a surround sound for both locations pool and spa which was a bonus for setting modes and tones. Up on the rooftop they have a honor bar system that is superb. They keep complimentary water bottles and filtered water readily available for their guess, along with coffee all day. They have a microwave accessible for use for guess leftovers which is a plus for late night munches and not wasting or trashing good food (keeping more money in our pocket), along with refrigerators in each room.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: Staff is always wonderful. Luis, the bellman, always remembers us and is even more smiley! The breakfast is more than ample and you can ask for bespoke eggs. I love the location, steps from the Conde, Supermercado Nacional, and not far from the French Cafe (try their quiche ... soooooo yummy and fluffy).

Avaliação dos hóspedes: It is a beautiful colonial house with few exclusive rooms that meet all expectations. It has a superb breakfast a la carte and a convenient swimming pool (small but cosy). The Hotel Manager Ramón really makes a difference. He is super friendly, gives many tips to visit the old center and is always available to support during your stay. Additionally, the staff working there is very helpful and make an effort to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!!
