Avaliação dos hóspedes: Great location, being very near the beach and a short stroll to restaurants and cafes. Excellent room, comfortable and clean. Helpful and polite staff. Free coffee, drinks and snacks in our room were hugely appreciated. 20 min walk to the train station which was our next destination! The hotel kindly made us a picnic breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Burgas.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: The hotel is brand new and absolutely stunning. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Avaliação dos hóspedes: We loved everything about this hotel: wellcome drinks at check-in, all the hotel staff are very efficient and eager to help, the hotel manager is a discreet presence, but he was always present in the hotel throughout our stay, the restaurant menu changes daily and is delicious (congratulations to the chef), the rooms are large, beautifully furnished and very clean, amazing view (we had two rooms, one with sea view and one with pool view), the beds are incredibly comfortable, the high quality products in the bathroom, slippers, the shower cabin has generous dimensions and is very comfortable and ergonomic, the outdoor pool is heated, we could take a bath even though it was 10 degrees after dark (the staff even asked us if we didn't want to heat the pool even more). Last but not least, the hotel has a playroom for children on the ground floor. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes (a short walk through a forest and some steps). The hotel has a beach bar as well and offers sun loungers. Golden Sands can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Congratulations to the whole team !
