Opinia gości: Best hostel/hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, breakfast avo toast was incredible and the temezcal ceremony was unlike anything I’ve ever done before. Perfect for solo travellers who want to slow down a little in a friendly relaxed space close to everything you might want to go to.

Opinia gości: This was the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. Immediately on arrival we knew we picked well. The whole place is stunning. The staff friendly and helpful. You have your own butler to help you while you stay. The cenote is stunning. Beautiful to swim in with the fishes. Way better than a normal pool. There is also a pool and jacuzzi area which is stunning with a swim up bar. Our room had the wow factor with our own terrace and jacuzzi. The food was exceptionally tasty at dinner and breakfast and was so much choice it was hard to pick. They help you with your bags and car. The location is very good close to all the beach hotels in the hotel zone of Tulum. I really hope one day we can stay here again. The music they play throughout is very hip and relaxing. I immediately just felt relaxed and looked after here. Very good value for money especially considering we experienced other hotels in this area of tulum.

Opinia gości: Beautiful property and exceptional staff. While the location is slightly difficult to get to (mainly on the first day) it’s super close to Dos Ojos, one of the nicest cenotes. Our favourite party about the stay was the Temazcal experience The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Special shoutout to Arturo & Javier for making our stay extremely comfortable.

Opinia gości: This property represent the real Tulum. If you’re looking for a commercial hotel this is not for you. This place is magical. Tulum was a place years ago where you would go to appreciate the magic it has to offer. Yes, there are new hotels that are as tacky as ones you can find in a bad beach club in Miami. If you’re looking for kind, beautiful service and an almost fairytale sense of being I highly recommend.
