Opinia gości: Superb facilities and unbelievable staff. Felt truly taken care of during our all stay. Very nice rooms, great location with amazing view of the lake especially during the very nice breakfast. Restaurant also really nice/.

Opinia gości: We were warned of the obvious difficulty and that was one of access to a hotel located in a pedestrianized zone. We thus parked about 1km away and had to walk there with luggage. It was Sunday and there was no-one about but an access code had been sent and our key subsequently left on the bar. So, no problem really, The bedroom was, unsurprisingly, small and with nothing resembling a view but the bathroom was well planned and well-equipped.The immediate surroundings of the locanda were not encouraging and it thus rather stood out but the location was good from the point of view of exploring the old town. There were several promising restaurants within a short walk and, the following morning, for breakfast the locanda was exceptionally good with friendly efficient service of fresh everything including freshly made eggs/omelette.

Opinia gości: We stayed one night at Palazzo Novello on our way to Riva del Garda and everything was absolutely wonderful for a short stay. The room was charming and very comfortable — especially the bed and pillows, which were perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and the host was kind and helpful. A beautiful place — we would definitely come back!
