Recensione degli ospiti: The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the hammock in room was so fun, but above all, the staff was amazing! Gema checked us into this hotel after we left another stay early because of horrible customer service. Immediately upon arrival she had several perks waiting for us for our anniversary, and she was so kind and informative. Really turned our holiday around! Thanks so much Gema!

Recensione degli ospiti: We had an amazing stay at the El Corazón boutique hotel! The staff was always extremely welcoming and friendly and helped us with every question, problem or activity we wanted to book. The rooms are very stylish, super comfortable and clean. The whole hotel has very beautiful interior and we enjoyed using the outdoor space to hang out as well. We tried almost all of the breakfast options which were very delicious - also great coffee and fresh juices! The hotel is second row to the beach, which was no problem at all because it is only a two minute walk and there is a cooperation with one of the beach clubs, so we were able to get day beds at the beach for free every day. I can highly recommend a stay here & would come back every time when in Holbox!

Recensione degli ospiti: Wonderful place, perfect location, lovely staff, really the best place in Holbox. I spent a lot of time researching a place to stay and ws super happy that I ended up booking Casa Cat Ba, it is exactly like on the photos and other properties I passed by and was really glad I did not book! 😉 I stayed in a beautiful room on the first floor with the ocean view, just wow.
