The hotel is fantastic—everything in the room is well thought out, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There is plenty of storage space, a cozy balcony, and all the amenities you might need. The hotel also offers a dedicated storage area for sports equipment, a covered parking garage, several types of saunas, and a washing machine, making the stay even more convenient. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and a perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to the amazing manager, Michael, and his incredible team! Michael went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation, and we are truly grateful for his kindness and support. The location is also perfect—there’s a large supermarket nearby, and the ski lift is just 800 meters away. The surroundings are breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you want to explore, you can take a bus to Bolzano for a nice day trip. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Great breakfast and accommodating hostesses in traditional Alpine dress. It is like going back in time, with all the comforts of the 21st century.

Recensione degli ospiti: We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

Recensione degli ospiti: We stayed at Mirabell for a little more than a week, and our entire stay was absolutely fantastic. We traveled with our dog, so there were only a few rooms available. We chose a spacious apartment with one bedroom and a small living room. The furniture and decorations suited the mountain alpine hotel perfectly. The terrace was spacious and allowed our dog to look around. Room service was perfect; everything was cleaned before we returned in the early afternoon. The inside and outside pool areas are big enough. We prefer to start trails early, return early, and enjoy the almost empty pool in the afternoon. The dining experience was absolutely fantastic. Dinners are quite expensive, but they are a culinary wonder. The wine list offered excellent choices. The staff was fantastic, from the receptionists to the waitresses and room service.
