Recensione degli ospiti: The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station. Quiet place. Gorgeous sea view, a good varied breakfast. Nice and polite staff.

Recensione degli ospiti: Historical hotel, with amazing view, nice location between rapallo and Santa Margherita, parking place 👌

Recensione degli ospiti: When I booked the hotel room, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the hotel offered rooms both in the main building and in a dependency located on the ground floor of an adjacent residential building. Initially, it didn't seem appropriate for a 5-star hotel, which is not specified as an aparthotel, to have rooms in a dependency. When I contacted Booking, they only suggested that I resolve the issue with the hotel staff. After initially being offered an alternative room in the hotel, but in the attic without additional costs, I declined and considered leaving, preferring to lose the money on the accommodation. However, the manager made every effort to ensure I had a pleasant stay, worthy of 5 stars, and offered me a Junior Suite at no extra cost. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the location was very convenient if you need to get around
