Recensione degli ospiti: Lovely spacious hotel, our room had sea view across the pool area which was great, staff were extremely welcoming and the service was top class-special marks to Kilian in the restaurant and his team-we had read about queues for toast and eggs but honestly the chef who was making omelettes fresh for you in front of your eyes to order was amazing and we never had a long wait-all the staff were so attentive and nothing was any trouble for them. Veronica and Toni in the bar -amazing workers! Zofia on reception was very helpful when we were organising day trips but all the staff we met were amazing and sorry we don’t have all the names. The pool area was blissful-no one was hogging beds there were plenty for everyone - maybe summer is busier but we found it very relaxing. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable-and finished just after 10 so not noisy then afterwards. Food was very good -we had been on bed and breakfast but upgraded to all inclusive for two days which we really enjoyed. Location ideal on quieter less commercial side of Puerto del Carmen but bus stop outside hotel takes you to old town and even to playa Blanca for just a few euros. Altogether we had a great holiday in this hotel and would recommend for couples.

Recensione degli ospiti: Absolutely beautiful. Great Location. Rooms were a great size and absolutely spotless. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Good was the excellent. The pool was lovely and not too busy. Highly recommend!

Recensione degli ospiti: everything about Coco was fantastic, we were met by the rep the next day , he was brilliant and so friendly & helpfully , every room had an en suite and had its own baloney, all mods and a Tv in each room , for the first couple of days we didn’t have to leave the villa , no noise from the strip even though we were only walking distance, would recommend coco , 5 star accommodation

Recensione degli ospiti: Loved every part of our stay in this fabulous villa , the outside areas are outstanding very spacious ,thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub used both every day. The internal decor is very tasteful and extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need also very spacious inside . The welcome groceries were very much appreciated and our host Alejandro was very friendly and helpful ,aways only a WhatsApp message away for any queries Located in the very busy Puerto Del Carmen but once you go into the villa you would never know it is very quiet and relaxing .
