A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. Mohammad at the Moroccan restaurant was a great host & the lady at the room service desk was prompt & very helpful. I would like to congratulate the group for the amazing staff.
