Avis des voyageurs: Location - this hotel is really very convenient - it is about 200m from the Jing'an Temple Metro Line 14 Exit 15, it is really near the metro - there is so much to do around the area aside from the temple, there's so much food options and malls as well - it is easy to walk to the former french concession areas such as ulumuqi road, wukang road Room - amazing room, well maintained - very spacious - very clean - had plenty of plugs for charging electronics - bed was comfortable - windows were very clean (goes to show that they dont skimp on housekeeping) - water pressure was very good, water was very hot as well (amazing for winter) Service - amazing service, very helpful, tended to all our requests and queries sufficiently and quickly - i happened to order a ton of taobao goods, the management and staff aided me by collecting the parcels and assisting with sending it up to my room on a daily basis despite the volume - on the last day after checking out, the manager helped us with directing the cab towards the hotel lobby (because road leading to the lobby is a little bit hidden from the main road). Because of the number of bags we had, the manager had the staff help us with the luggage and brought it down on the bellhop trolley - the room service was daily and done very well

Avis des voyageurs: staff service is excellent who name as Allan Feng. He makes us have un expectation service such us help us to arrange transport with car seat to Disney & airport. Beside that, help us to order supper, medicine because my Apps cannot be use in China. He really is a nice & friendly person, meeting him is very lucky and make us have a nice & comfortable holiday in this hotel.

Avis des voyageurs: We ate in the restaurant for the 4 nights. Every night different food and delicious. The beer was cold, which is important to me. The breakfast was excellent with the best coffee made from real beans. Very good.
