Avis des voyageurs: We loved everything! From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by one of the valet/porters. He very nicely loaded our luggage onto a cart, brought it inside and tagged it for when we had our room number. At check in, Natalie was amazing!! She was very thorough and even got a us a room upgrade! We were travelling with family and this definitely enhanced our stay. The room was extremely clean and was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and every staff member was very pleasant. The hotel is very close to Times Square, and about 15 mins from Pier 88 (we stayed here before our cruise). Sadly we were only staying here for 1 night, we wished we were staying for more! We had breakfast the following day before heading out and it was wonderful, great selection of food and hot coffee options. When we return to New York this is definitely the place we will stay at.

Avis des voyageurs: The location was excellent! We didn't make use of the facilities, e.g. restaurant/bar, but appreciated the availability. There's nice people at the entrance downstairs, which created a feeling of being safety, but also of being welcome. Nice family friendly hotel at fair rates.
