Avis des voyageurs: Full disclaimer that we received an upgrade to a far more expensive room than what we booked and that made the experience all the better, but this was a top hotel experience for me. Service and staff were everything you'd expect from a hotel from this caliber. The room was extremely spacious, with comfortable beds, couches, and shower. Even an unexpected Toto bidet. Lots of little touches that adds to the luxury. Fantastic views of the downtown core from our room. The infinity pool was surprisingly not too busy the few times we went, so we had a nice experience.

Sincerely wish to say a big Thank You to Cik Ina( front office ) for upgrading us to a 2 rooms villa to meet our requirement of having our room next to each other & also to make the arrangement to send back the hiking shoe to my older son . We are also very please with the breakfast varieties & good service of the staff . Cheers !
