Avis des voyageurs: What a great little BnB! The location is perfect and Deliah, the owner/operator is very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Deliah also arranged an excellent Khiva tour guide for us as well as a car and driver to take us to the Khorezam forts on our way to Bukhara. Highly recommend Ully Oy for your stay in Khiva.

The location, just a stone's throw away from the old city, provided us with easy access to all the historic sites and attractions we wanted to explore. The convenience of being so close to the old city added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made our stay even more special. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing food served at the hotel. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. Avis des voyageurs: Location is within ichan kala and all the tourist attractions are at walking distance...owner Siyovush is extremely helpful and even gave us a map of ichan kala with all the locations marked on it.. he has some some very reasonable tour options for nukus and aral sea.. also provided us with pick and drop from station at reasonable price.. our last day was just a day before my daughter's bday and he gave us a surprise bday cake which was very nice of him.. beds were very comfortable n property was very clean.. definately coming back to stay here for our next visit..
