Avis des voyageurs: We loved EVERYTHING about this wonderful hotel! The staff were so incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. It was beautifully and tastefully designed and the rooms were very comfortable too; slept very well! The pool was lovely too. We paid an extra 200 pesos each morning for breakfast, and the food was delicious: great value too. The staff also helped us booked a fantastic trip on the lagoon. Bacalar was just the most wonderful place; a short 10 min walk either into town or to the lagoon. I wish we’d had more than two nights. I loved everything about this hotel… especially Nico the Skeleton!

Avis des voyageurs: It was walking distance to everything! But better yet they allowed you to use bikes for free! That was a highlight to be able to ride my bike around and visit different restaurants and go different places. It was super quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome but the best part of this entire stay was the staff, Carla, Nestor, and Amber were amazing. I felt like I was staying at my friend’s house. The pool area was so cute and a great place to read and relax They also booked me with the adventure, lab another company for my excursions which did an amazing job as well

Avis des voyageurs: The villa was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. Great wi-fi connection on the first floor. Amazing family space in the open living room/kitchen area. Plenty of bathrooms. Beautiful pool area!
