The reception staff were the most welcoming, the complimentary drink in the bar, the beautiful room and hotel, perfect turn down service, the complimentary chocolates, the amazing service at breakfast and the food itself, and a lovely greeting on our departure. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in for quality of decor, professional yet friendly staff and location

Opinión de los huéspedes: We arrived at the place at night, driving on a dark road until we reached the gorgeous complex of the place. Amarili met us, with a big smile and a lot of patience, explained us about the place and took us to our apartment. We got an apartment with a sauna, a large living room and a bedroom. The apartment is simply furnished, authentic to Tuscany. The place is suitable for a family, we were a couple. It is advisable to spend a few days there and not one night like us. We were not able to enjoy everything the facility has to offer.
