Opinión de los huéspedes: The manager and the front desk clerk (Sara) both greeted me on arrival. Although traveling alone, the manager upgraded my room (gratis) to an airy, very roomy and very quiet studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette. Sara was very helpful with directions and anything I could have needed. The location of the hotel is great - directly across from the lake and 2-3 min walk to the port for cruises to Isole Borromee - which was well worth it. The hotel is located very near a variety of shops, restaurants and bars - all within very easy, level walking distance. I was happily surprised with the hotel and staff and Stresa and sorry I couldn't have stayed longer.

Opinión de los huéspedes: It's clear that this place is run by experts in the industry. The experience has been a 10/10 from the first second we walked in till the lat second before we left. The attention to detail is at the highest level I've seen on my life. As an example, they provide latest generation Dyson hair blowers in each room, you can imagine my partner was delighted and excited to feel at home in each step of the way
