Opinión de los huéspedes: It was an extraordinary staying at Gemma resort. Although the resort had trouble with an heavy rain just a day before our arrival we had a wonderful welcoming . Everything at Gemma is perfect: the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff is very kind, the food is superb , the beach is comfortable, the excursions are amazing . We had one of the most beautiful experiences we ever had with a host. I kindly suggest a holiday at Gemma. I have to say thanks to the director of the resort how made everything to make our vacation extraordinary!!

Opinión de los huéspedes: First of all i wanna give a great thank to Mr. Mostafa Othman the front desk vice manager and all his team for what he did with us.a very gentle and respectable person who knows how to deal with guests and make their accommodation happy.he made a room upgrade for me to sea view and also made us a late checkout and a lot of more great things.All the staff in picksalbatros portofino are great and very helpful and always smile to you.they want to make to you more that they can and more than you expect.really all you have to do is to dream and in a few minutes you find what you want.the resort is very huge and amazing its really the best and biggest resort in all marsa allam.i always come to marsa allam and visited a lot of hotels like jaz coraya hotels and hilton and akassia but really portofino is different and special.All the resort is newly renovated and new opened.the rooms is very big and very clean,aqua park is huge and very nice for both kids and adults you will not get bored from it,a plenty no. of pools whenever you go you find a swimming pool but the infinity pool is the best one.huge no. of resturants especially ala carte resturants with all tastes also snacks was everywhere like pizza,pastas,sandwiches,ice creams,all cocktails with a amazing taste for everything they really have a wonderfull chefs.really the all inclusive program is really great at porfofino.the beach is very long and great for snorkeling also suitable for relaxation with a great mood.you can take a bycicle from the park to be with you all day and go everywhere which is good idea to avoid walking and sun.the animation team is always active everywhere you found songs and party also the nightlife there is good they make a special parties and disco everynight with amazing shows.at the end i wanna say that i really had a VIP treatment and amazing vacation and sure will come back a lot of times and will recommend the resort to everyone.Many Thanks PICKALBATROS PORTOFINO and all its staff.
