Opinión de los huéspedes: Every time I am in Manila I go at the Picasso! Outstanding hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff are all very nice.

Opinión de los huéspedes: The staff, the chef , the location, room, facilities, swmmingpool, spa, jacussi, steam, everything was alright and perfect, the breakfast is so delicious, but because we booked at the HorizonClub the lounge is also good but the foods is limited not much to choose unlike other 5star hotel is much to choose,, but we are are so happy anyway and satisfied for what is available, The family of my brother was so very happy and amazed of their memorable stay in Shangri La and many thanks to the staff for arraging to uppdate my booking as will granted connecting door to our room. I was also grateful to the staff to allowed for the storage of our baggage for few hours and the little cute girl for booking a grab for us,, We wish we stay again to Shangri La Once again thank you so very much to all the Shangri La staff, for being a nice and hospitality,,👍 God bless us all🙏
