Opinión de los huéspedes: Beautiful boutique hotel located in a historic building. Each room is very unique. We greatly appreciated the staff's flexibility as the room we originally booked had a very low ceiling which wouldn't accommodate my very tall husband. They cheerfully moved us to a bigger room with a high ceiling overlooking the canal. The room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. The staff were exceptional.

Compact luxurious rooms, with everything you need during your stay from Rituals body wash/ shampoo and conditioners, hairdryers to exceptionally comfortable bed for a great sleep to set you up for all the sightseeing the next day. Complimentary coffee / hot chocolate and treats in reception with lovely garden patio area to relax. There’s a small kitchen also in reception with a fridge to store wine or beer during your stay. Easy no fuss barcode on mobile to access hotel and room. Stairs and lift access. Great location for travelling around Amsterdam City all trams, metro within 5-10 min walk from hotel. Marcel was great, really helpful and very kind. We arrived at hotel after 4pm when reception had closed, but everything was set up by Marcel who called to let us know that we were checked in and access codes to hotel and rooms were sent over by phone. It was also my daughter’s 21st birthday and he arranged a surprise for her… lovely chocolates, treats and balloons was a lovely welcome to Amsterdam and a room upgrade due to there being some availability, was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here when we return to beautiful Amsterdam!
