Guest Review: Everything was lovely - the staff the room, the onsens, the breakfasts. Location was great, halfway between the Youbatake and the bus terminal (150m to either). Kusatsu is a magical place, and Hanaingen was a special way to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan. Thanks especially to all the kind and helpful staff.
