Guest Review: Great location, beautiful big rooms great service.

Guest Review: The river view room is definitely worth the price. The views were stunning and the location of this hotel is excellent, it was really easy to get to other parts of Tokyo. The front desk staff are very well trained and speak great English! They were nice enough to receive our luggage, help us forward our bags to the airport, and even received a few packages for me that I ordered online to the hotel. Cleaning comes twice a week to tidy up the common areas and replenish the towels. They had really high-end equipment in the kitchen (fridge had an ice maker, toaster oven is an expensive brand, provided hand grinder and pour-over coffee equipment!).
