Guest Review: The staff went above and beyond to help me arrange a surprise in the room for my partners birthday. All staff were very quick to respond to my messages. The cake and rose petals were beyond my expectations and we both loved it equally. The room was super clean, super comfortable and the spa access (jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna) was beyond incredible. They had constant clean towels, it was always clean and it’s open from 06:00 to 23:00! I cannot thank the staff enough for making our experience the best one we’ve had in Switzerland! This is a place we will certainly return to if we come back to Switzerland! A huge massive thank you to all staff again!

Guest Review: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff prepared a crib for our baby and its own duvet and pillow. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and made sure it was the best experience in the city. A huge plus is the location, very close to the lake and the train station. The period of our visit, the Christmas market was only 3 minutes away on foot.
