Gästebewertung: Hotel director-Mr. Robert Keane- is very helpful and kindness during our stay on 07/10-07/14/2024. He's willing to listen to anything from us and treat us as family members. The first night when we got in the room there was a minor issue from the sink. Mr. Robert Keane quickly to respond and offering 1 night free for our inconvenience (We had to repack and moved to other room at the same night). I never report this issue to booking.com or asking for any compensation or making any complaint at all. We're very simple people and try to do everything right. Mr. Keane just did what he had to do as a director in charged. We're very please and definitely to stay at Inn Pelican again for next trip. I strongly recommended this Inn. We're ver happy for everything Thank you to the owner of The Inn Pelican Bay who employed the great staff Robert Keane and others.

Gästebewertung: The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums, entertainment. The restaurant at the Hollander (next door) is great. Loved the outdoor bar, cabanas and pool area. The bartenders were excellent. Our hotel room was very comfortable. All in all, a great boutique hotel.
