Gästebewertung: The breakfast was simple and had everything you need, a variety of meats, pastries, cakes and breads. Lots of different teas and coffee. The location was perfect just out of the chaos of Lipari centre round the corner and a beautiful sea front and church a short walk away from the hotel through beautiful narrow Italian streets. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond and are always around to answer questions and help where they can. I had the single room which was perfect for a solo traveller and my garden looked out to Stromboli which was just magical in the mornings and evenings. The cleanliness of my room was exceptional and tidied everyday with new towels and bedding. They also did my laundry for free which was very appreciated. The hotel facilities are great including a hot tub on the terrace of the hotel overlooking the island and volcano Stromboli in the distance. The lovely kind I think his name was Juliano offers free shuttle transfer to and from the port in Lipari, he kindly picked me up in the afternoon when I arrived and on my departure took me to my new hotel in Lipari centre which the new hotel wanted to charge me 15 euros for picking up from the port despite it being a few streets away! Juliano from La Zagara hotel also let me jump in the car in the mornings to the port during his shuttle transfers when I was going to visit the other islands by Hydrofoil which saved me money and getting the bus! I could not recommend this place more, such a pleasant experience and absolutely will be coming back! Thank you all.
