Gästebewertung: Sonesta is wonderful. One and two bedroom suites. And one and two baths! Wonderful kitchen as well. We always stay at Sonesta when we travel to IDrive.

Gästebewertung: Zincon is a big event for the Hyatt but it is my second staying there and the staff members work so well under pressure and demands. Big smiles, uniforms e courteous always. Food options are great. Never left the hotel.

Gästebewertung: Everything was perfect and sofisticate. The brazilian receptionists were incredible helpful and sympathetic. The lady that has tried speak portuguese, too. The hotel offers as a gift 25us per day to use at the lunch in their restaurant.

Gästebewertung: Literally right in front of the Epic Universe! Judging by the photos, everything looked incredible, and before arriving, they sent me some spells from the movie to be said to Alexa, which turned on the cloud lights, the chandelier, and other parts of the apartment. In the background, the Harry Potter theme song started playing. It was truly magical! The pools and lake are incredible. The cleanliness was excellent, and we loved everything. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back.
