Gæsteanmeldelse: Great staff service!! On the day of our check out, a weather forecast of severe snow storm in Tokyo and its nearby areas was announced. However, our reserved rental car was not equipped with any snow tyre. The hotel staff, Ms Murahashi Misako, initiated to contact the car rental company for us and negotiated with their staff to make all the necessary arrangements. Misako showed great patience and care for us and made all the efforts to revolve our problems. We are so impressed!! The hotel is located in the centre of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also very close to the tube stations and coach stations.

Gæsteanmeldelse: outstanding services, even comparing to our other hotels in Japan. they agreed to pick up some parcels for us in advance, and have been proactively communicating the status. in addition to the service, we had an informal guide tour of their basement, which they use for lots of art activities. it’s truly wonderful to see people try to build an art place for everyone, kids or adults alike!
