Gæsteanmeldelse: For the start being greeted at the arrival by Sammy was an exclusive experience that made our entire stay something special and unique. The location of the hotel is perfect, just steps away from what city has to offer. Hotel itself is super clean and well managed however if we would have to stay in the room that was initially assigned to us it would leave us rather disappointed. Luckily we were quickly moved to another room which exceeded our expectations. There is a gated parking space, which is tiny but the staff is doing what they can to fit as much cars as possible in it. Breakfast was very pleasant and again staff was super nice. The day receptionist / manager who's name I didn't get was also extremely attentive. Overall the staff makes this place super special, you feel you're well looked after.

Gæsteanmeldelse: This was a wonderful property with exceptional staff. I have been travelling for a month in Africa but this is the most comfortable I have felt anywhere. The ambiance was wonderful. I had a cozy room with an over size shower and bath. The bed was very comfortable. Linens were crisp and clean with great pillows. The breakfast was beyond substantial. In addition to a wonderful continental of fresh baked bread and pastries there was a full hot menu. I also enjoyed a wonderful evening meal with wine pairing. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. There was also a small bar where people were enjoying themselves. As a solo traveller I appreciated that the staff were attentive and helpful. They were able to book me a lovely wine tour when everything was sold out. They offered to accompany me to the ATM if I felt uncomfortable (I didn’t). When I had a problem with my credit card they helped me resolve it. I throughly enjoyed everything about my stay including the homemade cookie on my pillow at night. I recommend you treat yourself and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
