Gæsteanmeldelse: Outstanding staying, amazing breakfast more than you can ask, the owners (Simone e Miguel) manage the place and they do everything to make your staying pleasant, it felt like we were old friends. While in Floripa, if you are not planning on taking Uber, renting a car is the best option in case you plan to visit the rest of the Island, don’t expect public transportation to get you around. The Lagoa da Conceição is within 5 min walk from the Pousada, a place to relax or witness the sunrise. Joaquina the most famous beach in Floripa, is within 30 mins walk from the Pousada, through a a really nice trail between native vegetation and white sand dunes, if it is sunny, wear shoes and hat otherwise you will fry you feet and head. There are few restaurants in a walking distance, I would recommend LaParva restaurant owned by an Argentinian couple, the food is just amazing.

Gæsteanmeldelse: I recommend booking an ocean-facing room. Due to the pool being out of order, I was changed to an ocean-view room. The hotel staff, in particular, Mariana (apologies if I spelt this lady's name incorrectly), ensured that I was happy at all times. A thank you to Wesley (for refilling the urn I was provided due to no kettle) and Henri at reception. It is a great location for the beach - the staff happily provide guests with towels, chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was wonderful as well. I definitely overindulged on the sweets made available fresh every morning.
