Gæsteanmeldelse: The resort's location is phenomenal. Directly at Cote D'Or, it displays a magnificent sunrise and sunset, with tranquil waters and a kid-friendly beach. The resort offers a plethora of activities, from onsite snorkeling, sup paddling, and kajaking to organized trips to neighboring islands. However, the ultimate highlight of the resort is its people. Each and one of them with amazing social skills. They were reading the guests, and they were always so friendly and helpful that they made our stay truly exceptional. Didier and Shawn at catering, amazing guys with huge heart and style. But all the others as well, top of the top. John, the person in charge of the onsite activities, will also be remembered, such a character. Definitely, an everlasting memory, we will most definitely return.

Gæsteanmeldelse: We stayed there between 21 to 28 Mar 2024. The facilities are amazing – the room was spacious and clean with beautiful lighting, great AC, very comfortable furniture. The patio in front of the room had very comfortable garden furniture and we had a very nice swimming pool right in front of it. The restaurant is in the open, surrounded by a beautiful garden! The food was excellent – very delicious, with a lot of choice and very fresh! They accommodated the gluten free diet of my wife with various options and spacial gluten free plate for her. The location is superb – the beach is perfect and Cafe Des Arts (the beach restaurant/club) is super, it is also close to local shops. The garden is amazing and full of more and more hidden places that you discover through your stay there and I'm sure that we missed to see all of them. The staff were very friendly and supported us with booking trips and advising. Overall, it is an amazing place and we plan to return if we can! We would highly recommend the Le Duc de Praslin hotel!

Gæsteanmeldelse: I really like boutique hotels so this was a great fit. Right on the main road with bicycles for rent and a great Italian restaurant to boot (the lasagna was top tier btw!). Also, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Gæsteanmeldelse: We had the perfect stay at Villas D'Or. If you are looking for privacy in a beachfront property which is close to the village, this is the place for you. Each villa is spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The garden is extremely well looked after by the staff and lots of beautiful birds came to visit in the morning which made my daughter so happy. The beach is steps away from each villa and you can easily walk to the village on low tide via the beach (about 15mins).In general if you want to explore the rest of the island I recommend hiring a car. The sea was affected by the northern wind during our stay so it was quite choppy but I am sure it is very pleasant when the wind calms down. It is impressive how nicely the property is camouflaged behind the bushes and therefore you can barely see the villas when you are at the seaside, very respectful of the environment and very harmonious. The village has super markets and restaurants (including local take aways). Mr Pierre is a wonderful person, he is always available to help with organising car rentals, taxis or excursions. He is contactable by WhatsApp and generally very accessible. Mrs Georgette has also been extremely kind and so have the rest of the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely come back.
