She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was superb and that our wish lists on the places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do in Bruges and Brussels were fulfilled. An efficient worker, detail oriented and above all so warm and welcoming. She made us feel at home in a strange country. Mafalda did a great job representing your company’s image. Gæsteanmeldelse: My family and I stayed in the family suite. The suite was very clean and modern. The bedrooms were very spacious. The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location. Despite being close to everything, it's peaceful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The little extras such as mini welcome gifts was an excellent touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Gæsteanmeldelse: Nice 1 night stay in Brugge -This is a higher end hotel on a quiet back street very close to the city center. I walked about 10-15 min from train station with my luggage, but be aware the sidewalks are all cobble stone, not good for luggage wheels. -Check in was fast, my room was on the ground floor, key card to access room. luggage storage afterwards. receptionist pulled out a map of city for me to keep and circled the areas of interest -Room was great, everything i need. fridge, bed was good, TV worked, there was coffee and tea. bathroom was good, big, and good water pressure/hot water. Everything very clean. -Location is great, its on a quiet back street, but its a 5 min or less walk to the city center, all kinds of food shops, and the 2 main shopping streets are on either side of the hotel. grocery store at the end of the street. The only thing not close is public transit because buses dont come into the city center.
