Gæsteanmeldelse: The room, beds, and ensuite bath were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to trams. It has a lift, and we received the thoughtful gifts of fruit and bottled water upon arrival. When I accidentally left something behind that I wanted to get back, a staff member worked with me and mailed it back to me in my country. A value-oriented but excellent hotel with helpful staff!

Gæsteanmeldelse: The greeting at the hotel was excellent and the service beyond expectation. The hotel and room were immaculate, with the room incredibly comfortable. There were nice touches in the room to make it more comfortable. Food in the bar was excellent and the service again was wonderful. I only wish I had spent longer in the hotel.

Gæsteanmeldelse: The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right across the street from the train station so it is easy to go anywhere you want. I arrived from the USA into Zurich and was able to take the train to Bern without any problems. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Schweitzerhof Bern Hotel and Spa. I also got a deep tissue massage in the spa that was excellent!
